Grindr For The Resistance: New Dating Site Welcomes LGBTQ Trump Haters

Featured, Politics

In response to all the controversy surrounding the recently unveiled homophobic pro-Trump dating site Trump.Dating, the American Liberal Council is launching its own pro-queer anti-Trump dating site — and its name is (you guessed it) NeverTrump.Dating.

According to the ALC, the site is catered towards people who believe in “tolerance and justice” — which means that users won’t have to worry about their dates screaming out Hope Hicks’ name mid-orgasm. (We also assume that, in lieu of an entry fee, new users must have gotten into 500 Facebook arguments with members of the alt right.)

Of course, some of you may recall that Trump.Dating drew controversy for only allowing Straight Men and Straight Women to join, and the site’s “ethnicity section” allowed users to get VERY specific about their strain of whiteness. But the site got even more scrutiny when it was discovered that the dude featured in their ads was a convicted sex offender. Tea Party activist William Barrett Riddleberger was convicted on a charge of filming sex with a 15-year-old girl.

“When we first saw the Trump.Dating site, we were really taken aback that people could be so blatant in their antagonism of the LGBT community,” ALC stated. “But then again, should that really surprise anyone come from Trump supporters?”

Now, with NeverTrump.Dating, users can be queer AF.

“We need allies who will never back down to the corrupt, morally-bankrupt administration in power and we can do that right here,” says the ALC.

And with that being said, might we suggest some additional features to the already great NeverTrump.Dating site? For example, can there be a special keyboard for Emoji reactions, except all the reactions are just the face that Rex Tillerson made when he found out he was no longer Secretary of State? And can we make sure to keep the See No Evil, Hear No Evil, and Speak No Evil Monkey Emojis, except all of the monkeys are actually Jeff Sessions? Also, users should be able to report anyone who wears camo.
